Obama: The lying Arab sissy in our white house. Aren’t you proud?
Worse than Jimmy Carter
It’s official. Jimmy Carter is no longer the worst president in American history.
The crown of shame has been passed from the former peanut farmer to our weak, lead-from-behind community organizer, whose lack of foreign policy experience and gravitas has come into full embarrassing display. And with ISIS on the march — and now threatening to assassinate Pope Francis — President Obama’s abysmal approval ratings have Democrats ducking for cover.
A CBS News/New York Times poll released yesterday — which shows approval ratings for Obama’s foreign policy at a record low 34 percent, with a whopping 58 percent disapproving — delivered a cold shower to vulnerable Democrats in the fast approaching midterm elections. Their days are numbered. Better polish up those resumes now.
The question is, how did we get here? The history books will have a bottomless pit of colossal blunders to choose from. Start with Obama’s decision to play countless rounds of golf and attend 48 Democrat fundraisers this year, all while ignoring ISIS’ massive surge. Just last January, remember, he dismissed ISIS as a “JV” terrorist team.
Let’s not forget his head-scratching judgment when he released five dangerous Gitmo terrorists for an American POW — unbeknownst to Congress. With terror threats at their highest levels since 9/11, why on earth would any president release dangerous militants back to the Middle East to re-up with jihad?
Never mind the fact that the Foley family — whose son James was savagely beheaded by ISIS — has now come forward saying the Obama administration threatened them if they negotiated with ISIS. Can anyone say hypocrisy?
The White House has continuously sent conflicting messages to the world on how it will handle ISIS. Secretary of State John Kerry said last week that we’re not at war with Islamic State — “what we are doing is engaging in a very significant counterterrorism.”
Then the next day the White House said, “No, we’re at war.” Then Obama told the American people the U.S. will degrade and destroy ISIS — only to backpedal shortly thereafter and say he’s aiming instead to make ISIS a “manageable problem.”
The president has also stated emphatically that “we won’t have boots on the ground” in Iraq. But then Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, tells Congress that if airstrikes fail to achieve their military objective, we may need to deploy ground troops.
Who’s minding the store?
It’s taken six years of scandals, cover-ups and incompetence, but the American people have finally caught up with the truth about the empty suit that is Barack Obama.
