He does all of this while referring to himself as a devout Christian, but in reality, for America and many other countries, Carter has truly been a lethal anomaly.

The truth of the matter of “who is the worse president ever” would have to go to the one who did the following:
Waged a war that cost the lives of over 700,000 Americans. Including the murder of 50,000 innocent civilians.
Suspended the writ of habeas corpus without the consent of Congress (as required by the Constitution).
He had duly elected State representatives illegally jailed without charges.
He illegally imprisoned without warrant or trial some 13,000 citizens who opposed his policies
He illegally shut down and confiscated the printing presses of dozens of newspapers that had spoken out against him.
He re-instated and summarily promoted an Army officer who had been court martialed and cashiered by the US Army for war crimes.
He illegally deported a member of Congress after said congressman criticized his unconstitutional behaviour.
He had an arrest warrant issued for the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court because said justice refused to back his illegal actions.
Chief Justice Roger B Taney ruled that his actions were illegal, criminal and unconstitutional.
He locked up Maryland legislators to prevent them from voting.
He invaded another country without the consent of Congress as required by the Constitution, thats a war crime.
He blockaded ports without a delclaration of war, as required by the Constitution, thats another war crime.
He imprisoned without trial, hundreds of newspaper editors and owners and censored all newspaper and telegraph communication.
He created three new states without the consent of the citizens of those states in order to artificially inflate his Party’s electoral vote.
He ordered Federal troops to interfere with elections to assure his Party’s victories.
He confiscated private property, including firearms, in violation of the Second Amendment; and effectively gutted the Tenth and Ninth Amendments as well.
He had his Generals attack US cities full of women and children and burn them to the ground.

I have to agree. Lincoln was one corrupt and stupid Kentuckian and ugly to boot. He got half this country killed off in that damned war. We should dig up his bones, toss them into the Lincoln memorial, then blow it all up. I had many kin killed while fighting for the CSA. One was a general. Three died in yankee prison camps. Dozens were killed or maimed. But they killed their share of yankees along the way.
The Confederacy was built on the concept of states’ rights which resulted in a lack of cooperation among the states in the CSA, and the inability to defend itself.
Lincoln considered the CSA states in open revolt and not a foreign country.
Ironically if he wasn’t assassinated, he would have been a lot more lenient than the Reconstructionists were, and reconciliation would have happened a lot sooner than LBJ’s election.
Lincoln was an only child whose mother died and his father neglected him.
His family consisted of Mary Todd’s 13 full and half siblings, most of whom sided with the south.
Lincoln saw the war divide his family on a personal level.
In spite of what you fellers were taught in school, The War of Northern Aggression was in fact fought over the right to own slaves.
Just as the Northern draft riots were not about the draft but an excuse to go out and lynch blacks.
Let’s not forget Dixie’s contribution to America, Slick Willie Clinton and Peanut Brain Carter.

Yeah. And the North took really good care of those freed black slaves, didn’t they? That’s why the black community is so well developed and peaceful today.
Most of my family did not own slaves. My 7th g-grandfather (1655-1714) lived in Virginia and owned huge tobacco plantations with many blacks (free men) working along side the whites and Indians. All were paid well in tobacco (as good as money back then). His offspring for generations also abhorred slavery, but they fought against the Yankees for some of the same reasons we hate Obama now – eroding our rights and gubment bullying.
They felt they were being mistreated by Lincoln and the Northern politicians in general just as their earlier generations had been bullied by the British, so they killed as many Yankees as they could during the war. They lost, of course, but it was never about slavery to them.
They were raised to respect black men. I was raised to respect black men, Jews, Muslims or any other group you can list here as long as they were good people and didn’t create a threat to me, my family, friends or the weak, etc. It’s an ancient family tradition.
