When veterans of World War II returned to their homes in Athens, Tennessee, they decided to put a stop to the machine politics that had become ingrained in their society. Open battle broke out on election day, and the GIs won the battle and the election. The GI victory spelled the destruction of machine politics in Tennessee.

The Battle of Athens was an armed rebellion led by WWII veterans and citizens in Athens and Etowah, Tennessee, USA against the tyrannical local government in August 1946.

In addition to the lack of proper vetting for the election process, namely his refusal to produce a valid Birth certificate, I feel that President Barack Hussein Obama's political platform, his long standing associations with our enemies and his buck-jawed squaw—the Worst Lady who openly expresses her hatred for the USA—will work together to place our country in a state of serious distress.
Therefore, as my statement against this African usurper and the intentional damage he is inflicting upon our great country, the American flag graphic, and the NOBAMA and WORST LADY caricatures will remain in the distress position (upside down) until they vacate the white house, forced or otherwise, DEAD OR ALIVE!
