An Albanian Muslim extremist from Kosovo was recently arrested after allegedly plotting to blow up the parliament building in Montenegro.
55-year-old Dodu L. was arrested by Austrian authorities last month while trying to board a flight in Vienna. 12 other ethnic Albanians were reportedly involved in the plot.
There is growing concern that Kosovo, a disputed region in the southern province of Serbia, is emerging as a bastion of radical Islam.
90 percent of Kosovo’s population is ethnic Albanian and most are followers of Islam.
Serbs, for whom Kosovo is an ancestral homeland and the site of many important Serbian Orthodox churches and monasteries, make up roughly 10 percent of the population.
Serbs insist that Kosovo remain under Serbian sovereignty. The majority of Albanians want independence.

The following site is clearly a pro-terrorism, pro-Islamic World Domination site hiding behind the idea that it’s exposing Islamophobes and run by moderate Muslims. This is more Muslim flimflammery.
They refer to Islamophobes as “racists” even though Islam is not a race and Muslims are from many races. It’s the same old worn out Muslim canard. We all know who the real bigots, racists, and fascists are, so they’re not fooling anybody but themselves. Just take a look at their propaganda-filled site:

From Counterterrorism Blog:
Last week, we reported that an FBI agent identified Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) executive director Nihad Awadamong those invited to a 1993 meeting of HAMAS members and supporters.
On Monday, jurors in the terror support trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) were taken inside that 1993 meeting through transcripts obtained by the FBI. Federal agents were aware of the meeting and wired the Philadelphia hotel where it took place.
The meeting, called as the ink dried on the Oslo Peace accords in 1993, discussed at length how Islamists in the United States could help “derail” the deal. The pros and cons of the peace initiative, which established an autonomous Palestinian Authority, were not emphasized. Rather, the potential to isolate the Islamist movement, in this case HAMAS, appeared to be the primary concern. }} more…

Saudi in the Classroom
A fundamental front in the war
By Stanley Kurtz
Unless we counteract the influence of Saudi money on the education of the young, we’re going to find it very difficult to win the war on terror. I only wish I was referring to Saudi-funded madrassas in Pakistan. Unfortunately, I’m talking about K-12 education in the United States. Believe it or not, the Saudis have figured out how to make an end-run around America’s K-12 curriculum safeguards, thereby gaining control over much of what children in the United States learn about the Middle East. While we’ve had only limited success paring back education for Islamist fundamentalism abroad, the Saudis have taken a surprising degree of control over America’s Middle-East studies curriculum at home. }} more…

From The JAWA Report:
While condemning terrorism is always the decent thing to do, lying to people about Islam isn’t. You’ll notice that “Not in Our Name” website is islamispeace.org.uk. Islam doesn’t mean peace, it means submission.
Why do these ad campaigns inevitably lead me to the conclusion that those responsible think bigotry and prejudice are more problematic than suicide bombs, murder, and terrorism?
I’d feel a lot better if the campaign was designed to convince Muslims that Islam is peaceful, rather than convincing non-Muslims of it.
From Islam is
Peace Violence web site:
The Muslims United Campaign aims to address the negative perceptions and stereotypes of Islam and British Muslims. It aims to do this through a media engagement approach that uses established channels to reach out to the wider community across the United Kingdom. It aims to start this process through a multi-pronged approach… }} more at islamispeace.org.uk

A Time For Choosing
An unexpected — but not unforeseeable — outcome of the six-year war on terror is the renewed relevance of old-line veterans groups.
For years, relegated to smoky, boozy posts on the edges of town, traditional veterans groups such as the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars are front-and-center once again.
While it was once thought that post-Vietnam cultural wars would eventually force such groups to go the way of bowling leagues and social clubs named for animals, they have survived — and are as important now than as ever before.
Disenfranchised Vietnam veterans, it was believed, would refrain from joining groups dominated by World War II veterans due to the generational gap and the unpopular nature of the Vietnam war. Veterans of future wars would follow the lead of others of their generations and disdain such old-line gatherings. Today, Vietnam veterans lead the VFW. }} more…
