Judge rebukes Muslim group’s effort to silence opposition
Council on American-Islamic Relations using courts to stifle enemies

A federal judge’s rebuke of the controversial Council on American-Islamic Relations supports claims that the Muslim lobby group is abusing the court system in an attempt to silence opposition, says a lawyer for defendants in the case.

Hooper: CAIR’s PR Crybaby

CAIR, which was tied to a major terrorist-financing scheme, “has a long history of filing lawsuits that cost millions of dollars to its victims,” Daniel Horowitz told WND.

CAIR filed suit in 2009 against former federal investigator Dave Gaubatz and his son, Chris Gabatz, after the two carried out an undercover investigation of the Islamic group. The Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C., and three of its employees were later added to the suit for their part in commissioning a documentary.

Evidence from the investigation was published in the WND Books expose’ “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America.” The book documents CAIR’s support of radical jihad, recounting its origin as a front group for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, the worldwide movement that has stated its intent to transform the U.S. into a Saudi-style Islamic state.

Imagine a world where Americans gathered chanting death to islam, burning everything Islamic in this country, killing everyone who has anything to do with islamic countries or religions whom they want to abide by their sharia law.

What if someone gave them a taste of their own medicine?

It’s time for Americans and other victims of islam’s prehistoric cult members around the world to stand up and start burning/flushing qurans, destroy all mosques in their respective countries, imprison any muslims who do not abide by their laws and attempt to spread sharia law, and summarily execute any muslims who attack its citizens.

Pop Goes the Iranian Weasel

Not so affectionate or humorous sobriquets are lavished on conservative and right-wing blogs. Sometimes TMQ2 has even been called a hate blog, but mostly by the likes of CAIR and other nefarious al-Qaeda-linked terror-loving Islamists.

Video: Florida Muslim Students Indicted — CAIR Spokesman Calls Them ‘Victims’

Those two Egyptian students at the University of South Florida who were caught with pipe bombs near a South Carolina Navy base have been indicted, and one of them turns out to have a history of involvement in terrorism.

There you have it. These two are “victims” and given the fact that one of them “smiles” a lot, there’s no way he’s a terrorist. Case solved.

For the first time, evidence in a major federal terror case puts CAIR’s current executive director — Nihad Awad — at a Philadelphia meeting of alleged Hamas leaders that was secretly recorded by the FBI.

After the Associated Press last week reported the bombshell, CAIR denied claims of ties to Hamas. “That’s one of those urban legends about CAIR,” said Parvez Ahmed, CAIR’s chairman. “It’s fed by the right-wing, pro-Israeli blogosphere.”

In fact, the evidence was revealed by an FBI agent who testified at the terror-financing trial under way in Dallas.

CAIR Blames DOJ for its Troubles

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) says it is suffering from a decline in membership and fundraising and blames the Justice Department for listing it as an unindicted co-conspirator in a case involving a charity accused of terrorist ties.

On Wednesday evening I met with House chief deputy minority whip Eric Cantor before he spoke at a fundraiser in Minneapolis. I’ve seen Rep. Cantor speak in Minneapolis on a couple of previous occasions and always found him to be candid and pointed. I referred to the evidence introduced in the Holy Land Foundation trial underway in Dallas and asked him about the perception of CAIR in Congress.
