MY LAZY SHOTGUN

“Today I swung my front door wide open and placed my Remington 870, in a wheelchair, right in the doorway. I gave it 6 shells, I then left it alone and went about my business.

While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, the neighbor boy across the street mowed the yard, new neighbors moved in next door, a girl walked her dog down the street, and quite a few cars stopped at the stop sign right in front of our house.

After about five hours, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting there in the wheelchair, right where I had left it. It hadn’t rolled itself anywhere. It certainly hadn’t killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had been presented to do so. In fact, it hadn’t even loaded itself.

Well you can imagine my surprise, with all the media hype about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people.

Either the media is wrong, and it’s the misuse of guns by PEOPLE that kills people, or I’m in possession of the laziest gun in the world.

Alright, well I’m off to check on my spoons. I hear they’re making people fat.”

Push has just about come to shove and we’re “FED” up.

If They Come for Your Guns, Do You Have a Responsibility to Fight?

I feel a tremendous responsibility to write this article though I am a little apprehensive. Thinking about the possibility of rising up against our own government is a frightening thing for many of us. I am not Johnny Rambo and I will be the first to admit that I do not want to die. The reason I feel compelled to write this, however, is simply because I don’t think the average American is equipped with the facts. I feel that a lot of American citizens feel like they have no choice but to surrender their guns if the government comes for them. I blame traditional media sources for this mass brainwash and I carry the responsibility of all small independent bloggers to tell the truth. So my focus today is to lay out your constitutional rights as an American, and let you decide what to do with those rights.

About a month ago I let the “democracy” word slip in a discussion with a fellow blogger. I know better. Americans have been conditioned to use this term. It’s not an accurate term and it never has been a correct term to describe our form of government. The truth is that the United States of America is a constitutional republic. This is similar to a democracy because our representatives are selected by democratic elections, but ultimately our representatives are required to work within the framework of our constitution. In other words, even if 90% of Americans want something that goes against our founding principles, they have no right to call for a violation of constitutional rights.

If you are religious you might choose to think of it this way… Say that members of your congregation decide that mass fornication is a good thing. Do they have the right to change the teachings of your God? The truth is the truth. It doesn’t matter how many people try to stray from it. Did I just compare our founders to God? In a way I did, but please note that I am not trying to insult anyone. For the purpose of the American Government our constitution and founders who wrote it are much like God is to believers. It is the law. It is indisputable.

Our founders did not want a “democracy” for they feared a true democracy was just as dangerous as a monarchy. The founders were highly educated people who were experienced in defending themselves against tyranny. They understood that the constitution could protect the people by limiting the power of anyone to work outside of it much better than a pure system of popularity. A system of checks and balances was set up to help limit corruption of government and also the potential for an “immoral majority” developing within the American People. We have forgotten in this country that we are ultimately ruled by a constitution.

Obama’s illegal-alien uncle — busted in 2011 for drunken driving — is banking on the strength of his moral character to help him win permanent resident status in the U.S., agreeing yesterday to a Dec. 3 immigration-court date before the same judge who granted asylum to his sister.

Onyango Obama, a Kenyan national who was ordered deported in 1992, is fighting to stay here under a federal immigration law that allows permanent residence for illegal aliens who entered the U.S. before 1972 and have demonstrated “good moral character.”

“Everybody wants to stay in America,” Obama’s lawyer, Scott Bratton, said. “Hopefully on Dec. 3, the judge will agree he’s entitled to permanent residence in the United States.”

The strategy was revealed during a five-minute hearing in immigration court yesterday before Judge Leonard I. Shapiro — the President George H.W. Bush appointee who granted asylum to Zeituni Onyango in 2010.

Obama declined to say what he thinks of his nephew’s new immigration-reform plan, which offers illegal immigrants a shot at citizenship.

“He doesn’t want to talk to anybody about any of the aspects of that,” Bratton said. “Immigration reform is coming, and hopefully it will help a lot of people.”

Obama got his hearing nearly a year before other applicants who came up in court yesterday. Some were pushed off as far in the future as September 2014.

But Boston immigration attorney Desmond FitzGerald said that’s likely because of the case’s simplicity, not preferential treatment.

“It tells us the case has very clear issues that will not likely take a tremendous amount of time in order to have it adjudicated,” said FitzGerald, who is not working on Obama’s case. “Very likely, the judge will be able to render a decision the day he hears the case.”

Obama, the half-brother of President Obama’s late father, had been living quietly in Framingham and working as a liquor-store clerk until his arrest on drunken-driving charges in 2011. The case was continued without a finding.

Good moral character? Does driving while drunk prove “good moral character”? 

Entitled? Why would this scumbag be “entitled” to permanent residency in the United States? Because he’s the African scumbag uncle of our African scumbag de facto usurper prez?

Are these people on drugs?

My wife and stepchildren went through extensive background checks, we paid thousands of dollars, filled out a plethora of forms, and spent over a year for them to receive their permanent residency legally. I’m a disabled veteran and a natural-born American citizen. Where’s my entitlement? Where’s my family’s “entitlement”?

Should they have been illegal aliens first who over stayed their visas and committed other crimes to earn this “entitlement”?

Why should this Obama piece of shit be treated specially? Because he’s the uncle of another Obama piece of shit?

I say send the scumbag back to his tribe in Kenya and let them deal with him. We’ve already got one Obama too goddamn many and I don’t think we’re running short on liquor-store clerks!

After his blatant and revealing 2013 Inaugural Address in which he laid bare his objective of  ”Collective Socialism“, he has now stepped completely out of the closet only to force a direct litmus test upon our Nation’s top military leaders. The question: “Will you fire on American Citizens should they fail to lay down their arms upon demand by federal forces?” has now been posed to those in  numerous high level military positions.  Those that answer in the affirmative are being retained while those who express even the slightest appearance of having doubts are being ostracized and reduced to positions of subordinate authority, or asked to resign their commissions entirely.

I would like to take the opportunity at this time to specifically identify the current oaths taken by both enlisted personnel and commissioned officers of the U.S. Military.

Here is an uncomfortable pop quiz: Who has killed more children, Adam Lanza or Barack Obama? We’ll hold off on the answer for a few paragraphs while we look at the state of governmental excess — including killing — in America. But you can probably guess the correct answer from the manner in which I have posed the question.

Obama has murdered at least 176 children, including two Americans!

We all know that the sheet anchor of our liberties is the Declaration of Independence. The president himself quoted Thomas Jefferson’s most famous line in his inaugural address earlier this week. He recognized that all men and women are created equal and endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights and that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The president would no doubt like to modify the word “created” to read “shall be maintained,” since his presidency seems dedicated to keeping us equal, not in terms of equality of rights and opportunity but of outcome. He has dedicated himself to using the coercive power of the federal government to take from those who have and give to those who don’t. Under the Constitution, charity is a decision for individuals to make, not the government.

This forced egalitarianism was never the purpose of government in America.

Anyone caught on the premises after shooting and killing the president, the first lady and especially their children will be prosecuted.

Given Obama’s overwhelming desire to “protect our children,” could he not set the National example and prove the effectiveness of his initiative by adding this 24th action as an addendum to his original 23 actions?

Freedom Watch Sues to Block Obama’s Gun Control Initiative

The conservative group Freedom Watch is suing the White House task force that led to the gun control proposals offered by President Barack Obama Wednesday.

Freedom Watch’s suit is based on the argument that the White House group conducted illegal meetings with lobbyists without public notice that’s required. The suit, which was filed in Florida federal court, seeks to eliminate the task force and prevent any of its proposals from becoming law, The Hill reports.

The 1972 Federal Advisory Committee Act requires presidential task forces that include non-federal government officials to meet in public and publish notice of meetings in the Federal Register 15 days ahead of time.

“President Obama and Vice President Biden have thumbed their nose at the law and instead been holding closed door meetings with special interest lobbyists on both sides of the issue,” Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman said in a written statement. “The American people, whose rights to gun ownership stem from colonial times and are enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, are being illegally shut out of the process.”

President Barack Obama said Wednesday he will take these actions by Executive Order:

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background-check system.

2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background-check system.

3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background- check system.

4. Direct the attorney general to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.

6. Publish a letter from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.

7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.

8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).

9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.

10. Release a Department of Justice report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement.

11. Nominate an ATF director.

12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.

13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.

14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.

15. Direct the attorney general to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun-safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies.

16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

17. Release a letter to healthcare providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.

19. Develop model emergency-response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.

20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.

21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within Affordable Care Act exchanges.

22. Commit to finalizing mental-health parity regulations.

23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.

If there’s going to be a revolution, it appears Texas will be the one to kick it off.

I pity the Feds ‘O’ may send down there to put out the fire. You know, another one of his “Kinetic Military Actions“. They’ll be leaving in body bags for sure—or just disappear.

I noticed yesterday that Obama has stepped up his personal security. At the rate he’s making enemies, twisting and breaking laws, and violating our constitutional rights, he’ll definitely need it (not that it will help).

No matter how many bullets the Fed has been stockpiling within its various departments, Americans with firearms have a larger combined arsenal than the feds could put together in decades. And a large majority of these Americans are former military personnel. They already know how to fight the bad guys.

Drones and stockpiled bullets will offer little progress for the Feds when attempting to quell a revolution.

If 150 million Americans rise up, the tyrants in Washington (or anywhere else) will be finished… as will the leftists who put the tyrants there.

Revolutionaries wouldn’t even need firearms. They could do it with slings and Bibles.

If ever there was a perfect political storm begging for the application of our Second Amendment rights and a second Civil War, this is it folks!

Texas Nationalist Movement Responds To White House Petition Response

The White House’s “official response” to an online petition seeking Texas independence illustrates definitively why Texans must pursue the course of self-determination, the president of the Texas Nationalist Movement says.

In his “official response to the official response,” Miller said that President Barack Obama’s administration “restates the opinion of other current and past world leaders such as Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Bashir Assad, Mao Zedong, Santa Anna and King George III who also believed that governments can and should deny the right of self-determination.”

In an article posted to the Texas Nationalist Movement’s public website, Miller said the administration shows a clear lack of understanding about the very Constitution it is supposed to adhere to and the very nature of the government established by the Founding Fathers.

Is This The Scandal That Will Bring Obama Down?

A retired four-star admiral is now claiming that Barack Obama intentionally conspired with America’s enemies to stage a bogus attack and the kidnapping of an American ambassador so he could “negotiate” the release of a “hostage” and bolster his mediocre approval ratings just prior to the election?

The Washington Examiner, quoting retired Four-Star Admiral James Lyons, writes: “the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi… was the result of a bungled abduction attempt…. the first stage of an international prisoner exchange… that would have ensured the release of Omar Abdel Rahman, the ‘Blind Sheik’…”

But something went horribly wrong with Obama’s “October Surprise.” Although the Obama Administration intentionally gutted security at the consulate prior to the staged kidnapping, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty disobeyed direct orders to stand down, saved American lives, single-handedly killed scores of attackers…and the attackers, believing that the Obama had betrayed them, tortured Ambassador Chris Stevens and dragged his body through the streets.

Some will say that Admiral Lyons’ accusation is not a smoking gun. We agree, that’s exactly why Congress must investigate Benghazi-gate.

NRA MEMBERSHIP BOOMING AS OBAMA-BIDEN PLOT GUN GRAB

The National Rifle Association reports that its membership is rapidly swelling even as Democrats and the Obama administration gear up for a major push to enact new gun-control laws.

The NRA reports it has added more than 100,000 members in the past 18 days. Membership of the pro-Second Amendment organization now stands at 4.2 million.

“Our goal is to get to 5 million before this debate is over,” an NRA source told Politico.

NRA officials are meeting Thursday with the Obama administration’s emissary on the issue, Vice President Joe Biden. NRA leaders say they are willing to discuss any “reasonable proposals and plans,” but will not compromise on Second Amendment rights.

The Biden task force looking into new gun-control measures in the aftermath of the tragic school shootings Dec. 14 in Newtown, Conn., is meeting with a wide range of interested parties, including Wal-Mart executives and groups that represent hunters and sport-shooting enthusiasts. But its focus appears to be not on whether new gun restrictions are needed, but rather how severe they should be.

The Great Pretender

The following letter to the Israel Matzav blog from a reader was posted there. It was worth stealing and worth reading.

Barack Hussein Obama denies a Muslim faith, but his Islamic background repeatedly bolstered the fear that he favors Eastern thought and values. Much as the abused child or wife consistently returns to the abuser, a child whose father turned his back to him will attempt all the more to win his father’s favor. I believe Obama has an affection for Islam because of his formative years spent in that environment and his attempt to vicariously ingratiate himself to his Kenyan father that abandoned Obama and his mother. For those reasons and centuries of ingrained anti-Semitism, this President sees his position as an opportunity to foster greater Western Islamic growth than has ever been realized before. He does so under the guise of being one with American culture and the Founding Fathers. It should always be borne in mind that the Qur’an instructs the Muslim to hide one’s faith and beliefs from nonbelievers by deceiving them.

Those that would have you believe they are of a “progressive” liberal mind have embraced these seemingly irreverent actions to demonstrate their solidarity. In contrast, we who feel a solid rationality to support Israel as a true democracy stand sorely alone as pariah within the world community. Obama has insidiously infused American society with the same subtle mindset that more aggressively seized hold of Germany and Eastern Bloc countries in the early half of the 20th century. History is repeating itself. This time, though, fewer people find it abhorrent because Islam is 10 times greater in number than Nazi Germany and, in proportion, Jews are far fewer. The world sees Jews and Israel as an itch that it wants to scratch. Were it not for the exceptional achievements of the Israeli and Jewish culture, we would have been exterminated long ago.

Incredibly, many American Jews have chosen to turn the other way. Ironically, many Christians within the United States support Israeli values because they see Jerusalem and Israel as a common birthplace homeland to both faiths. Some people might not agree with me, but I believe, whether you are Jewish or Christian, you would be interested to listen to the 700 Club and Pat Robertson. Those who once thought Robertson to be a radical would find his affection for Israel and this Nation appears to be far more sincere than the man who occupies our White House. I am interested to hear his spin on Hagel. Radical as I may sound to some, including my own son, I am convinced it is this President’s agenda to convert the very fabric of this Nation to a ‘face’ the Founding Fathers would never recognize. He will attempt to achieve it by an alliance with Muslims and Palestine while distancing himself and us from Israel. I wish I was wrong; but I am convinced I am right. Pay close attention to your true friends and those that are not.

The author touches on many points close to what I have contended over the years.

Most converts to any religion take on a new name commensurate with the new faith. What’s Obama’s Christian name?

Think about how much American children, between 1st and 5th grade learn about American history, how our government works, civics, reverence for our founding fathers, holidays, principles that define the identity of the nation and Americans as individuals.

How much of this did Obama learn at that age in an Indonesian madrassa.

He could have been born on the top of the Washington Monument on the Fourth of July, there is very little in his make up that can be identified as American in this charlatan.

Pharmaceutical Industry the Prime Culprit of Mayhem in Today’s Society

Similar to many other Psychotropic Drugs, it states in part:

“If you have thoughts of suicide, let your doctor know.”

Have you investigated the other known adverse side effects of this and other similarly-acting psychotropic drugs currently being prescribed by our nation’s healthcare providers for afflictions ranging from ADHD to severe depression?

Psychiatric side effects, including agitation (6%) and anxiety (3%) have been reported.

Irritability, lethargy, nervousness, nightmare, restlessness, and sleep disorders have been reported frequently.

Completed suicide, mania, manic switching, mood swings, pressure of speech, sluggishness, attempted suicide, aggression and anger have been reported infrequently.

A case of hypomania has also been reported.

A meta-analysis consisting of 12 randomized placebo-controlled trials (n=2996) found no evidence of a treatment-related increase in risk of suicidal behaviors or ideation with duloxetine compared with placebo in patients with major depressive disorder.

Aggression and anger have been reported particularly early in treatment or after treatment discontinuation.

Well, no shit!

You take a psychotropic drug for depression and it may result in thoughts of suicide? The ad should say:

“If you have thoughts of suicide murder, let your doctor know.”
