‘John Doe’ Update: CAIR Did NOT Drop the Law Suits

I’m informed by a reliable source that the Associated Press report we linked earlier today, that said CAIR and the flying imams had dropped their suits against anonymous passengers who reported the imams’ suspicious behavior, is not correct. Apparently the Associated Press got this wrong.

Repeat: CAIR has not dropped the “John Doe” lawsuits. They are still named.

Imams not suing flight passengers

Six imams removed from a U.S. Airways plane said they would not sue the passengers whose concerns led them to being kicked off a flight in November.

In federal court Tuesday, the attorney for the imams said, “We don’t contemplate naming any private passenger as a defendant.”

After being removed from their flight, the imams sued the airport, the airline and ‘John Does,’ which left open the possibility of suing anonymous passengers.

The attorney for one of the passengers says the imams’ offer comes only as congress is about to give immunity to those reporting suspicious behavior.

“The offer is only made after congress passes the immunity provision with the threat of assessing fees and costs against parties suing those making reports in good faith,” Gerry Nolting said.

U.S. Airways and the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport will ask a judge to dismiss the imams’ lawsuit next month. src

Breaking: Continental Airlines Jet Allegedly Has Bomb on Board, Sitting on Tarmac in Belize (Update 8 and Bumped Again)

You heard it at TMQ2 first!

Saturday June 30, 1:52 pm (GMT -6):

Apparently someone (anonymous) phoned in a bomb threat about this particular Continental Airlines flight headed for departing Belize in Central America. The local Airport officials had the aircraft immediately return and land. They now have it parked on the tarmac, away from the main terminal, as they deal with this threat.

There is no word yet on the caller’s identity or why a bomb would be placed on this particular aircraft, which would have most likely been planted while in Belize.

A federal judge overseeing a lawsuit filed by six Muslim men who were removed from a US Airways flight last fall has declined to limit public access to the case.

Omar T. Mohammedi, a New York attorney for the six Muslim scholars, told The Associated Press on Wednesday that he sought limited media access because he felt some of the coverage of the case has been biased against his clients.

One answer to Islamofascism is to simply kill anyone who subscribes to the uniquely Islamic things listed in the tags below. It’s a matter of survival, so screw being polite, academic, or politically correct.

The Qur’an (Koran, Qrap’an) is one powerful book. It’s a cult classic, but a dangerous proposition to continue allowing it to be reprinted. It’s a handbook for murder, mayhem, and destruction, yet everyone seems to focus on Muslim terrorists as the problem when the real culprit is the book.

Burn all Qur’ans and kill anyone holding a copy and the problem of militant Islam will dissipate like a fart in the wind!

Instead of the Qur’an, if Osama Bin Laden had read The Bible, or A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court, The Catcher in the Rye, or even The Boys in the Band, the twin towers would probably still be standing, 3000 plus American soldiers would still be alive, OBL probably would have come out of the closet by embracing his homosexuality, and perhaps he would have opened a gay bar in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District as a way to assuage his repressed homosexuality.

Blame it on the Qur’an, not George Bush, you idiots!

The best way to defeat militant Islam is to rescue Muslims from its grasp. Wouldn’t this be the Christian approach? Even so, we may still have to kill a large percentage of radicalized Muslims before we’re successful.

Oh well. whatever it takes.

The FBI in New York City is set to announce by 1 p.m. Eastern the arrests of several suspects arrested in the Caribbean, who were allegedly plotting to blow up John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. The Short List of Mass Murderers in the News

Since some of our readers have taken exception when we’ve talked about Seung-Hui Cho, who had clear Muslim scribblings tattooed onto his arm, we’d like to point out that aside from a few guys who went postal in U.S. Post Offices, and a couple of guys who went bananas in Columbine, and a few other wack-jobs, including Cho-the-Mo-Ho, below is an accounting of the bulk of the mass murders perpetrated recently.

I don’t think I’m talking out-of-school when I say, no question what-so-ever, practically every one was done by a Muslim — by someone who says he practices the “religion of peace.” And to protect their fellow coreligionists and co-Arabists, AAI, CAIR, Zogby et al. complain bitterly when we point out the obvious. Since all we do is point out the obvious, I’d like to point out the following, which happens to speak for itself.

Flying Imam Terrorists Now Stalking John Does

Katherine Kersten of The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported last week that the imams, advised by the grievance- mongers at the Council on American-Islamic Relations, also plan to sue “John Does” – innocent bystanders who alerted the authorities about their security concerns.

Rep. Steve Pearce (R-N.M.) has introduced legislation to protect John Does who report suspicious behavior from legal liability. The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, talk-show host Michael Reagan, Dr. Zuhdi Jasser (who heads the American Islamic Forum for Democracy) and Minnesota lawyer Gerry Nolting have all stepped forward to offer free representation to the imams’ targets.
