Eligibility Bill Introduced in Georgia

Thanks to Obama and other duty shirkers in the federal government and court system, it appears Georgia and several more states are joining the eligibility issue surrounding future presidential elections. Talk about hope and Change.

THE PEACH STATE FOLLOWS ARIZONA’S LEAD IN REQUIRING ELIGIBILITY PROOF FOR PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES

Georgia Representative Mark Hatfield has introduced into the state legislature House Bill 1516, which would require proof of eligibility in order for presidential candidates’ names to be placed on the state ballot for future elections.

WorldNetDaily reports that Hatfield represents a coalition within the Georgia legislature which is prepared to take action on the issue, because “without the leadership in Washington necessary to do that, it is up to states to tackle the issue.” Georgia follows Arizona, which has proposed its own eligibility bill. That proposal has now passed the Arizona House 31-29 and is now in the Senate awaiting action.

Similar plans have been submitted in Maine, Oklahoma, Missouri and Montana but have not been adopted. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), Oklahoma is attempting to bring the issue directly to its citizens by way of a referendum. }} more…

Ann Coulter: Minnesota Ballots: Land of Ten Thousand Fakes

What is the point of having a hand recount of ballots in the Minnesota Senate race if the Democratic secretary of state is going to use the election night totals in precincts where it will benefit Democrat Al Franken?

Either the hand recount produces a better, more accurate count, or there was no point to the state spending roughly $100,000 to conduct the hand recount in the first place.

But that is exactly what the George Soros-supported secretary of state has agreed to do in the case of a Dinkytown precinct near the University of Minnesota. The hand recount of the liberal precinct produced 133 fewer ballots than the original count on election night and, more important, 46 fewer votes for Franken.

So he’s proposing to defer to the election night total over the recount tally.

Does anyone know the address and/or telephone number for “The Office of the President Elect?”

They don’t exist, just as “The Office of the President Elect” doesn’t exist. I’d love to see someone take Obama’s false TOOTPE seal and jamb it up his well-worn muslim orifice.

Meanwhile, I guess Barack is still looking for his birth certificate in order to prove he’s a natural-born American citizen and legally qualified to be our next president. I wouldn’t place any bets on him finding it. Everyone already knows he’s a fraud. The question is, what are they going to do about it?

When the time to respond to that lawsuit expired, under Federal Court Rules, they all admitted that he was not a citizen of The United States of America and deemed to have committed fraud. A normal man would have been found to have admitted he was not a US citizen.

But the man with no visible past, was blessed by a light shining from above on a Federal Judge, by having the lawsuit against him dismissed, three weeks after his non-response was proof that he is not a US citizen. }} more…

An estimated 67,000,000 Americans, we are told, voted for Barack Hussein Obama on November 4, 2008. A landslide we are told; a mandate for change we are told.

The total population of the United States, according to the 2008 U.S. Census bureau estimates, is approximately 306,000,000. When we compare the number of votes for Obama to the total population, the percent who voted for Obama is 21.9%; hardly a mandate for change; certainly not a mandate for change of the type Comrade Obama has in mind.

In total, an estimated 130,000,000 Americans voted; 42.5% of the total population; more an indication of the apathy that leads to the loss of freedom and destruction of any nation.

Barack Hussein Obama is now, at every opportunity, appearing before the cameras from behind a podium on which appears a sign, “The Office of President-Elect.”

Never heard of the Office of President-Elect before; must be something new. The truth is that this is just another ploy to make Americans believe the election is over. It is far from over.

Barack Hussein Obama does not become President-Elect Obama until the Electoral College meets and votes on December 15, 2008.

When WRIF “Mike In The Morning” Mike Clark (Michigan Radio Talk Show) Co-Host asked if there was going to be a marker where Barack Obama was born in Kenya, the Kenya Ambassador Ogego said his birthplace in Kenya “is already an attraction.”

Next question to Ambassador Ogego was: Will they put up a marker at Obama’s birthplace there? Ogego affirmed: “it’s already well known!”

But the sun was blazing in another way for the historic election of Barack Obama as the first person-of-color to be elected President of the United States.

For those who witnessed, as I did, the violent racial strife of the 1960s, the assassinations of the most ardent advocates of minority civil rights, and also the redemptive messages and effective actions of Martin Luther King, Jr., a Republican, it is stunning to realize that, not 40 years after blacks were being murdered for aspiring to equality, a person-of-color has been elected to the highest office in the world.

(Nov. 4th 2008) — Last night was truly a historic occasion: For only the second time in her adult life, Michelle Obama was proud of her country!

The big loser of this election is Colin Powell, whose last-minute endorsement of Obama put the Illinois senator over the top. Powell was probably at home last night, yelling at his TV, “Are you KIDDING me? That endorsement was sarcastic!”

The winner, of course, is Obama, who must be excited because now he can start hanging out in public with Bill Ayers and Rev. Jeremiah Wright again. John McCain is a winner because he can resume buying more houses.

And we’re all winners because we will never again have to hear McCain say, “my friends.”

Obama’s Security Clearance: One Reader’s Feedback

What is Obama’s National Security Clearance Level?

Has the US National Security community even done a background check on this Kenyon Oby Kenobi?

The message below was emailed to us by an avid TMQ2 reader who shall remain anonymous as requested. I too am one of those folks he writes about:

Greetings,

I feel I need to say something about qualifications required to pass the requirements for a Federal Government Security Clearance.

Many of the people receiving this e-mail are Special Agent friends and co-workers of mine and they know what I am talking about.

I had several types of security clearance’s for many years working for our Federal Government. Backgrounds (background checks) were updated every 5 years. It was job required.

If I could not pass the background security check (it took 13 months to complete), I would not have a job. I could not buy my job by campaigning. Agents knocked on current and former employers’ doors, friends’ and neighbors’ doors, went to my colleges, state and local law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions I used. Some of you were interviewed by agents checking on me.

DD Form 398 asked questions like this: Have you now or ever associated with anyone who tried to overthrow the United States Government?  If I had, I was out of there!

I know there are some recipients to this e-mail, that don’t care what Obama has done or will do and vote for him anyway. That is your choice. I hope you think about America’s future, not just the current mess we are in.  We are imploding folks!

Why the Election of Obama Would Mean the End of America

And the more I investigated his background, associates, collaborators, friends and positions the more frightening the prospect of Sen. Obama in the White House became. Based on everything I’ve learned, and based on all my instincts and intuition about Sen. Obama and what the mainstream media has been hiding from voters, I’m convinced Sen. Obama would be an unmitigated disaster. I’m convinced if the full truth were known, he would look at least 100 times more dangerous than he does now.

He calls Israel an “apartheid system in creation.” He’s been a fierce detractor of the “Zionist lobby” here in the United States.

A credible source, a well-known resident of Honolulu who spoke at length with WND on condition he not be named, disclosed that Davis was the source of drugs consumed by Obama. Davis was also the author of an autobiographical novel boasting of “swinging” and sex with minors, a copy of which WND obtained from Andrew Walden, a resident of Hilo on the island of Hawaii and publisher of the Hawaii Free Press.

As the case of Ashley Todd reminded us again last week, racial bias crimes are almost always hoaxes. Todd is the Republican volunteer who claimed that a black man in Pittsburgh had pummeled her and carved a “B” into her cheek after spotting the “McCain-Palin” bumper stickers on her car.

A lot of people suspected the case was a hoax from the outset, including Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, who immediately said: “It could be bogus. I’m a little skeptical about this, but our duty … is to report everything to you.”

The claim was bogus, but on MSNBC, instead of citing the Todd case as further proof of the maxim “Never believe claims of racial bias until proved,” the hoax hate crime led to somber discussions of — you guessed it! — racism in America.
