Phil Mocek, a Seattle activist has won a court case against the Brownshirts at TSA.
Without presenting any witnesses or testifying himself, a jury of 6 women found Phil not guilty of all charges against him.
Good for him.
Here’s how I see this. They can frisk me as long as I can frisk them back.
I carry a Department of Defense ID card and have no problem showing my ID, but I hope they try this shit with me sometime.
As a former Cavalry Trooper, I can tell you that when I frisk someone they learn the true meaning of being violated. Any TSA slob I frisk will either want to marry me, need lots of therapy or both.
This video is one of the best I’ve seen which reveals how fucking dumb cops are… especially Federal cops. They just cannot wait to exercise their power and arrest anyone who disagrees with them. If they were subject to being fired for false arrests and being abusive, they’d be more controlled. The problem is that they can rake someone over the coals, even when wrong and violating someone’s rights, yet bear no consequences for their wrongful actions.
Watch the video and see how TSA Brownshirt bullies conduct themselves. These officers should have been fired… all of them. Again, I hope they try this shit on me sometime!
I hope Mr. Mocek is going to sue TSA over this incident. I certainly would.
