Live a separatist lifestyle that stands out, that isolates your women and children in particular, using forms of dress and behavior that replicate your traditional life in the new place, then complain loudly, vigorously and then violently when someone looks at you funny or complains that you aren’t assimilating. Demand everything you possibly can from the host society, in particular exploit their concepts of social welfare (the dole, public housing, etc) and human rights (like refugee and asylum) to expand your physical presence. Accuse everyone of abusing their own laws and ideals when they deny you the slightest thing from all your long list of demands. Establish enclaves, drive the locals out, make no effort to assimilate, state loudly that assimilation is a violation of your rights and their ideals, Teach your children that the locals are barbarians, that you and your culture are superior and will take over because god says so. Call local women sluts, abuse them and your own women. Make sure your males think they are entitled to every single thing. Use violence liberally, deny that you are using violence and accuse anyone who points to your violence of being intolerant.

Wait…there IS one other thing: look for large groups of simple-minded idiots (Hollywood, the media) and get them on board with your plan. Have them make movies vilifying all those who go in to delete you from the world at large (namely the US military) and making you look like an innocent victim. Have the media publish photos/videos of all the soldiers you’ve killed, and make sure the media keeps bleating about how our war is lost or unwinnable, while you’re getting stronger. Set up your “religious” enclaves right next to all the major military bases in the US, and then throw a public temper tantrum when the US military investigates what you’re doing there (case examples Fort Bragg and Maxwell AFB, both of which have large elaborate mosques within 5 miles of the installation).
