Three Duke lacrosse players falsely accused of rape are suing the city of Durham and the prosecutor who brought the charges against them. The players were cleared of all charges.
FOX news reports the court has ruled that the wrongly charged Duke LaCross players can now move ahead with their civil lawsuits against the now disbarred prosecutor and lefty-liberal criminal, Michael Byron Nifong.
Nifong is likely to lose everything he has. Let’s hope he does so we can send a strong message to the rest of the liberal traitors to this country of ours — like Jihad Jimmy Carter, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton et al.
This is not only a win for justice. It’s also a win against liberal treachery!
