Truth About Jimmy Carter Stealing Credit For Israel and Egypt’s Peace Treaty

Jimmy Carter got the Nobel Peace Prize, but who really deserved the credit?

I’m not arguing the fact that Israel’s peace treaty with Egypt was historic. Nor am I arguing that Jimmy Carter has always been the first in line to take credit for the historic treaty. Anywhere one looks, we can’t help but see his glistening brownish-yellow teeth gleaming with pride for having brokered that agreement three decades ago.

Yet, as we know, history has a way of eventually telling us what really happened and who really deserves credit for what. Because Menachem Begin is dead, and because Anwar Sadat is dead, and because the Shah of Iran is dead, we’ve always listened to Carter’s story, as if it’s the only one. But TMQ2 has a scoop you wouldn’t believe, or maybe you would. Here’s what really happened.

Remember the Shah of Iran? He, like Ahmadinejad was unbelievingly ambitious. He, like Ahmadinejad wanted to turn Iran into a regional power and a global power. Except, unlike Ahmadinejad, the Shah was not a Khomeiniite. And that cost him dearly. And listening to the Shah cost Sadat dearly.

While Ayatollah Khomeini was busy working behind the scenes in Paris trying to get his brand of Muslim fundamentalists to overthrow what was left of the Pahlevi regime, the Shah was busy behind the scenes brokering peace treaty between Egypt and Israel. The Shah was secretly twisting Anwar Sadat’s arm doing everything he could to get Sadat to make peace with Israel.

The Ayatollah was totally against it. He knew peace between Muslims and Jews was bad for the revolution he was fomenting. But the Shah went ahead and brokered the peace, and when the Shah wanted something to happen, nine times out of ten he accomplished what he set out to do.

Meanwhile, the Khomeiniites were busy making the world believe the Shah of Iran was America’s pawn, and because America was the Great Satan, that meant the Shah must be overthrown. The truth was the Shah knew only too well how to use the oil he was sitting on to dictate terms to the United States. Anything he wanted the United States to do, of the U.S. could possibly do it, the U.S. did it. You see, the Shah wasn’t our pawn, we were his.

Why’d the Shah want Egypt to make peace with Israel? Well, I’ll get into that in more depth in another article. For now, let it suffice to say the Shah wanted the Sinai back in Muslim hands and felt the only way to get it was for Egypt to offer Israel an olive branch. The Shah knew all the Muslim talk about how the Zionists wasn’t true. He knew Israel would cut off its left ball for peace.

Israel gladly handed the Sinai over to Egypt in exchange for hardly anything. What Egypt got was billions of dollars each year from America. Egypt, being an unbelievably corrupt country, loves greenbacks. They fit very well in Swiss bank accounts.

Because the Shah didn’t want to look like he was brokering a peace with the Jews, he let Jimmy Carter grab all the glory. And grab Carter did. Talk about grand-standing. Carter loved hanging around that rose garden doing nothing, then taking a chopper over to Camp David and doing more nothing, knowing in the end a deal was as good as done and he was going to get the Nobel Prize and go down in history as Jimmy the Great.

Meanwhile, you have to remember what the Ayatollah was up to. He was doing everything in his power to create a hornet’s nest for the Shah. And it worked. The Ayatollah, who up till then was a nobody in exile, ended up taking over Iran and his group of extremists have been in charge ever since. It’s 30 years already and things haven’t gotten any better. Better? Ha!

The Khomeiniites are funding wars against the U.S. in Afghanistan and Iraq and the Khomeiniites are funding wars against Israel out of Gaza, the West Bank, Syria and Lebanon. And that’s just for starters. The Khomeiniites are rich, powerful and hungry, and they’re dangerous because they excell at using Islam to foment hate and to get millions of true believers and others to die for the cause.

What Jimmy Carter actually brokered was kicking the Shah out of Iran forever, which was the biggest American foreign policy mistake in the past 50 years. Meanwhile, Carter never admits to the role he played in that fiasco. Thanks to Carter, we have Ahmadinejad and the Khomeiniites in charge.

Like all skilled Muslim liars, Carter backs Muslims who are America’s enemy, and in exchange Carter gets millions for his Carter Center and he gets lavish junkits to the Middle East to meet with thugs, and Carter writes books that the Muslims buy by the truckload.

And what about that supposed peace-brokered deal that Carter won the Nobel Peace Prize for? Carter had virtually nothing to do with it.

What Carter needs to take credit for is creating the new Iran which is our biggest global threat. Those are a few threads to the story. The way Iran is rapidly unfolding as a major threat, I’m considering writing a comprehensive book about Iran’s history, showing how Iran evolved culturally, sociologically, ethnically, economically and militarily.
